General Terms

DO NOT USE my artworks for NFT/AI image generators/cryptocurrency purposes.
DO NOT claim my work as your own. You are allowed to repost/use my artwork with credit.
My work is for personal use only. If you would like to use my art for commercial use, please contact me first and we can discuss further.
I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to post or use the image as a sample or self-promotion on social media unless otherwise agreed upon.
I reserve the right to reject commission requests for any reason.
I may take up to 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the commission. Clients have the right to set a deadline, however, this deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.
After you have commissioned me, I will start sketching. You are allowed 3 major revisions during the sketching phase. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards.
Finished product will be sent via email in PNG HD file.

Payment & Refunds

You can indicate your commission request via my Google form. You can also contact me via email: [email protected] or message me on Twitter or Instagram (@douggydraws)
I accept payment via Paypal, Ko-fi (USD), Paynow, OCBC (SGD), and BCA (IDR)
(SGD price is the same as USD price.)
After confirming the details of the commission, payment must be paid in full.
If payment is not made within a week after I've placed the invoice, the commission will be cancelled.
Refunds can only be made if I am still at sketching phase or I cancel the project myself. Otherwise, once I start rendering, there will be NO REFUNDS.
